We ordered two weeks ago and never received our order. Cannot reach customer service, left and email through their website no response. Phone disconnected. We have paid in full and will dispute through our credit card company.

I’d have given it 6 stars but the joint attachments were difficult for my fingers. Needle nose pliers worked okay but it was still a challenge.

Best Quality
These are great quality and look amazing. I bought another brand for cheaper but returned them because they were cheap quality, huge variation in color between boxes and between panels in same box. You get what you pay for with these panels. Don't try to save a couple bucks if you want something that looks great and will last. Had these up for about 6 months and still look just as good as day one. No issues with leaves falling off. I open and close this gate multiple times a day.

Though my box was a bit busted. Great purchase. Product was intact. Great value and size. At first i was questioning how many to buy fir a dessert table backdrop, if your questioning the same thing only one box of 12 needed. They do have a strong scent of plastic but diminishes once you air them out.

Great faux ivy!! It was very easy to install and gave our back patio a much needed upgrade.This stuff is awesome.
