Great looking product

Great looking but difficult putting up. Should come with a tool for snapping pieces together. I did come up with something and the job went easier. Last order I received 4 of 5 boxes with no notice. Only way to contact company is to call them, leave a message and they will get back via email

size and order received

first of all LOVE the look, happy with color and the 20x20 size square however, I placed 2 orders only received 1 and per amazon full order was received nothing about partial order. Also the description
says 40 x40 sq Panels that is not what I received it was the 20x20. So if it was 40 x 40 I could see only receiving 6 in an order or 12 which I received but panels are 20x20 so I should have received a total of 24 panels? Totally confused, have reached out to vendor by phone had to leave message. I also sent 2 messages through Amazon and hope to hear from someone soon. Again love product hope to use, do not want to return however, I do not want to put up, run out and then take a chance on colors not matching from a different company :(. HELP!!

Never got Order, Can't reach customer service

We ordered two weeks ago and never received our order. Cannot reach customer service, left and email through their website no response. Phone disconnected. We have paid in full and will dispute through our credit card company.

I’d have given it 6 stars but the joint attachments were difficult for my fingers. Needle nose pliers worked okay but it was still a challenge.

Best Quality

These are great quality and look amazing. I bought another brand for cheaper but returned them because they were cheap quality, huge variation in color between boxes and between panels in same box. You get what you pay for with these panels. Don't try to save a couple bucks if you want something that looks great and will last. Had these up for about 6 months and still look just as good as day one. No issues with leaves falling off. I open and close this gate multiple times a day.
